C# WPF Default Windows Program – No Development

When you develop Windows programs in Visual Studio 2015 and you choose a WPF program, you work with two files shown below. It is helpful to know what you are given before you begin to design and interface and write C# code. The first file is the XAML code and the second is the code behind.

<Window x:Class="WpfDefault.MainWindow"
        xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
        xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
        xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
        xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
        xmlns:local="clr-namespace:WpfDefault"
        mc:Ignorable="d"
        Title="MainWindow" Height="350" Width="525">
    <Grid>

    </Grid>
</Window>

The code below is the code behind.

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text;
using System.Threading.Tasks;
using System.Windows;
using System.Windows.Controls;
using System.Windows.Data;
using System.Windows.Documents;
using System.Windows.Input;
using System.Windows.Media;
using System.Windows.Media.Imaging;
using System.Windows.Navigation;
using System.Windows.Shapes;

namespace WpfDefault
{
    /// <summary>
    /// Interaction logic for MainWindow.xaml
    /// </summary>
    public partial class MainWindow : Window
    {
        public MainWindow()
        {
            InitializeComponent();
        }
    }
}
